So as much as I didnt want to put it on facebook Aaron asked me too. I still feel weird about it but its great its not a secret anymore :)
I decided I needed to tell the rest of the gang at work (my boss already knew). So I put on a huge spread for morning tea and they all thought it was for my birthday - they were very surprised when I said "its not my birthday I wanted to celebrate that I had a baby on board".
so my news is out, it will gradually float to everyone now :)
